BigAss Salad with Em’s BBQ chicken

Laboring in the yard all day.  I needed a hit of coconut macadamia butter to carry me through to dinner.

And some 5-Second Lemonade because it’s HOT out there!

Cooking up ghee makes the house smell like heaven!

Lemony cod; sweet potato fries; quick-braised kale

I was going to go for another hit of coconut butter, then I remembered there was some coconut milk in the fridge that needed to be finished up pronto.  Berries; coconut milk; cinnamon and cardamom.  I’m going to stop after-dinner eating completely.  One of these days.  Seriously.  It needs to happen.
