On sale this week. It was almost as thick as their yogurt so I threw in a blob of raspberry pomegranate fruit spread and enjoyed with a spoon.

Pecan Encrusted Tilapia and Braised Greens with Olives

Ok, so the crust got a little burnt. Don’t worry about it. It was still delicious. Instead of the citrus salsa the recipe called for, I blistered some grape tomatoes with cilantro, lemon, and lime juice. The greens were a delicious variation on my usual braised greens.

The perfect dairy-free, sugar-free, chocolate-free chocolate shake. This time I used more ice and added some chia. Ice, almond milk, banana, chia seeds, almond butter, carob powder, chocolate stevia.
